All sales are final. Because Urchin Academy products are digital, downloadable, streamable, or otherwise made accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is completed, except where required by applicable law.

Additional enforcement language:
If you have a genuine technical-access issue, contact support promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to verify access problems and restore delivery or access where appropriate. Access support is not the same as a refund right.

Chargebacks:
Attempting to obtain a chargeback after receiving or accessing digital materials in violation of this policy may be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in access termination, evidence submission to the payment processor, and additional enforcement steps permitted by law.
