Urchin Academy sells primarily digital products. Core products are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is required for standard academy purchases unless a product page specifically states that a physical item is included.

Delivery timing:
Most products are delivered immediately after successful payment by on-screen access, account library access, email delivery, file-download link, streaming access, or a combination of these methods. In some cases, there may be a brief processing delay caused by payment verification, platform sync timing, or technical maintenance.

Customer responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, monitoring their inbox and spam folders, and maintaining device compatibility sufficient to access purchased content.

Non-delivery support:
If you do not receive access within a reasonable period after purchase, contact support with your order information. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reissue access.

Shipping language:
For standard digital products, shipping is instant digital delivery only. No physical shipping charges should appear unless a future product explicitly includes a shipped item.
